Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, applying your knowledge of home lending products to help clients achieve homeownership.

You will work with the Home Lending team to ensure regulatory compliance, promote mortgage options, and collaborate with bankers to grow originations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts and tools.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
