Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, guiding them through mortgage products and processes. You will ensure regulatory compliance while promoting Chase Home Lending solutions and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will join a motivated team, collaborate with branch staff and bankers, and leverage marketing efforts to grow mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial product recommendations.
