Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients to homeownership and act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will collaborate with bankers to promote mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of mortgage lending, with strong communication skills and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
