JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage loan lifecycle, leveraging expertise in FHA/VA and regulatory compliance while serving as the primary contact from application to closing.

You will collaborate with branch teams, bankers, and marketing to grow originations and deliver tailored financial guidance in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
