Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process and act as a trusted point of contact across the life of the loan. You will work with a motivated team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving mortgage originations.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, deep knowledge of local real estate markets, and proficiency with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, enabling you to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
