Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process as the primary contact from application to closing. You will work with bankers to introduce clients to additional services while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in mortgage lending, a solid real estate market understanding, and strong communication skills, plus knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
