Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients to homeownership, serving as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle. You will operate within Chase Home Lending, collaborating across teams to provide exceptional service and growth opportunities.

This role requires deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory compliance, and a proven sales track record in retail banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains strong relationships with customers.
Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
