Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
Builds expertise and maintains relationships with customers as the mortgage expert.
Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
