Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Florida to guide clients through the home loan process and act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will support the team with product knowledge and drive mortgage originations in footprint territories.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and a track record in retail banking mortgage sales. Compliance with Dodd-Frank and NMLS is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using various marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Acts as internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
