Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process and serve as the primary contact, while ensuring adherence to lending regulations and company policy.

You will collaborate with branch teams and utilize Chase’s marketing channels to promote mortgage products and grow originations, delivering strong service and trusted guidance throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
