Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the entire loan lifecycle. You will leverage deep home lending expertise to support customers, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote the bank's mortgage products.

You will collaborate with bankers and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service, grow originations, and become a trusted advisor in your local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert, advising customers based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
