Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process, leveraging deep product knowledge and a consultative sales approach. You’ll collaborate with branch teams and bankers to deliver a superior customer experience and promote mortgage originations.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, NMLS registration, and cross-functional coordination to meet client needs across Chase’s Home Lending services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with product training.
• Meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for cross-sell.
• Collaborate on marketing and to create a strong customer experience.
• Builds partnerships with branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Serve as mortgage expert and maintain relationships with customers.
