Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will support the team with product knowledge while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will guide clients toward homeownership, collaborating with bankers and cross-functional teams to promote mortgage products and services in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using various marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
