Ethos in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Senior Home Health Sales Executive to accelerate referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, rehab facilities and physicians. The role involves representing the agency at community and healthcare events and collaborating with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction.

Prior home health or hospice sales experience is required, with a preference for private pay

• 2+ years home care or hospice healthcare sales experience.
• Established referral relationships for home care patients; private pay preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
