Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Home Care Sales Executive in Florida to drive referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, area Rehabs and physicians. You will represent the agency at community and healthcare events and collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years home care, hospice or other healthcare sales experience required.
• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Base salary plus significant bonus income.
