You will act as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase products. The role emphasizes building relationships, leveraging marketing efforts, and providing expert guidance based on financial analysis and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via centralized marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers with consultative recommendations.
