Job summary

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a Senior Services Coordinator to support the Kennedy Center’s Home Care program and coordinate community-based services for older adults, helping them maintain independence, health, and social connection.

The role assists with daily operations, client support, senior activities, community outreach, and referrals; requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults, home care services, or community programs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn the eCaring system (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support Home Care program intake, scheduling, and documentation in eCaring.
• Coordinate communication with clients, families, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with reporting for funding sources.
• Plan and coordinate social-recreational activities for seniors.
• Engage with community partners and attend aging services events.
