David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a reputable US home-care provider to hire a Scheduler / Service Coordinator to support operations in the Washington, DC region. This remote, full-time role requires aligning schedules between clients and care professionals and ensuring full coverage.

You will make 60-80 calls daily, manage cancellations, document activity in the software, and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in scheduling/coordination roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfort in high-volume calling (60–100 calls per shift).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and maintain accurate client and Care Professional schedules.
• Match Care Professionals with clients based on availability and requirements.
• Make 60–80 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Respond to cancellations and schedule changes promptly.
• Maintain scheduling records and update the software system.
