Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Round Rock is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage daily care operations from our Round Rock office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will use Well Sky / Access Care to schedule and match caregivers with seniors, maintain strong caregiver relationships, manage leads, and ensure compliance with Texas HHSC standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination.
• Experience with Well Sky or Access Care preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathetic phone manner.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client schedules using Well Sky / Access Care to match caregivers with seniors.
• Follow up with caregivers to confirm shifts and manage conflicts.
• Monitor training compliance and ensure up-to-date credentials.
• Conduct proactive outreach to families and schedule in-home consultations.
