Job summary

Always Best Care Round Rock is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support seniors in Williamson County and North Travis County. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with day, evening, night, weekend, or overnight shifts, and pay between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will provide daily living assistance, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitor well-being, reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving (home care, assisted living, or similar).
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle + auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, compassionate support including daily living assistance (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

What You'll Do:
