Job summary

Cambridge Caregivers is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to coordinate in-home care in the Austin area. The role works with Operations, Community Liaisons, and HR to ensure timely staffing and high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of scheduling or care-coordination experience in Austin, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-person position with some after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Austin as Client Care Coordinator, Caregiver Trainer, Scheduler, or PAS Administrator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organization levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Align staff assignments with client needs and Individualized Care Plans.
• Analyze weekly profitability, address overtime and loss leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting for payroll and billing accuracy.
• Ensure field staff comply with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in second interviews and assist hiring decisions.
