TheKey Of New York LLC in Hauppauge, NY seeks a Home Care Liaison to build referral networks, acquire clients, and ensure satisfaction with TheKey services. You will coordinate with local teams to deliver high-quality aging-at-home care.

The role focuses on managing a book of business to meet revenue and client targets, driving growth with concierge-based services across North America and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

• University degree preferable in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy.
• 2+ years of business development experience in-home care, senior living, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and senior health care.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accurately.
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships and acquire new clients.
• Ensure overall satisfaction with The Key services and coordinate with local teams for high-quality service.
• Maintain a book of business that meets revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Apply a key account management approach to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
