TheKey is seeking a Home Care Liaison to build referral networks, acquire new clients, and ensure high-quality service across local teams in Hauppauge, NY. This role focuses on growing the client base while upholding exceptional care standards.

Qualified candidates have a university degree in Health Sciences or related field, 2+ years in business development or health care sales, strong customer service skills, solid computer literacy, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Possess a university degree preferably in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy.
• 2+ years of business development experience in-home care, senior living, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and senior health care.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accurately.
• Current driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships, acquiring new clients and ensuring overall satisfaction with TheKey services.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure provision of high-quality service and maintain a book of business that meets revenue targets.
