Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Florida to oversee the operations of HOA and condominium communities.

You will lead Community Association Managers, manage budgets, and maintain strong boards and homeowner relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple communities with attention to financial performance and compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Active Florida LCAM license required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; CINC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management for an assigned portfolio of HOA/condominium communities.
• Serve as senior point of contact for Boards, CAMs, homeowners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Oversee vendor relations, contracts, and performance.
• Review budgets, expenditures, and financial reports with Accounting.
• Assist with annual budgets, reserve planning, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reporting.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues.
• Attend board, annual, and budget meetings as required.
