Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager (LCAM) to supervise a portfolio of HOA and condominium associations across Florida. The role serves Boards and residents, guiding governance, finances, and vendor services. Mentorship to Community Association Managers and portfolio staff is included.

The position requires LCAM licensure, strong budgets, and collaboration with accounting and leadership to drive compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of progressive community association management experience required.
Seven (7) or more years of HOA/condominium experience preferred.
Active Florida LCAM license in good standing required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Experience with budget preparation, financial review, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of HOA and condominium associations and maintain high service standards.
Serve as primary liaison to Boards, homeowners, residents, vendors, and staff; resolve escalated concerns.
Develop operating plans, coordinate inspections, and supervise maintenance and capital projects.
Prepare board agendas, management reports, notices, and materials; attend meetings as needed.
Advise Boards on governance, documents, and Florida requirements; ensure compliance.
