Job summary

Precedent Management, LLC seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager (LCAM) to oversee HOA and condo associations across Florida. You’ll advise Boards, coordinate vendors, and drive governance, budgeting, and capital projects while mentoring Portfolio Managers.

This role requires Florida LCAM licensure, strong financial analysis, and the ability to manage multiple communities plus travel to sites. The position reports to Regional Directors and offers an exempt, full-time schedule in Punta Gorda.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 5 years of progressive community association management exp. necessary; 7+ years preferred with HOA and condo experience.
• Experience with budget prep, financial review, vendor oversight, board relations, compliance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned HOA/condo associations and maintain high service standards.
• Serve as primary liaison to Boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders; resolve escalated concerns.
• Develop operating plans, coordinate inspections, oversee maintenance and capital projects.
