Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 3 years experience as a Community Manager handling HOA duties.
• Industry certifications or licensing may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned HOAs with strategic planning and governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet Association deliverables on time.
• Maintain client communication to meet Board goals for relevance, budget, and service quality.
