Job summary

HOA Community Solutions is seeking an Associate Community Manager to oversee an 11-association portfolio across the Tri-Cities region. This remote, home-based role includes travel to communities, regular board interactions, and budget support.

You will drive compliance inspections, manage vendors and projects, and maintain strong relationships with developers shaping new communities in the area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HOA or residential property management experience, or 2+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple associations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reporting to boards.
• Customer service skills including defusing difficult situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear, timely updates through resolution.
• Act as liaison to boards of directors: keep boards informed, carry out board policies and resolutions, and support board recruitment and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with local developers and builders, supporting communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct scheduled drive-through compliance inspections, document violations, and coordinate notices and follow-up per governing documents.
• Source bids, secure vendors, and manage the RFP process for association repairs and projects.
• Assist with preparing and monitoring annual association budgets.
• Facilitate the architectural and design review and approval process.
• Plan and attend board and annual meetings, including occasional evenings and weekends.
