Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Senior Community Association Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA to oversee operations, maintenance, and governance for assigned HOAs. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Regional Manager and is focused on proactive leadership, client satisfaction, and long-term planning.

You will guide boards, coordinate internal teams, manage budgets, review contracts and invoices, and ensure compliance with governing documents and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Community Manager with HOA experience.
• Strong leadership and public speaking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities including single family, townhomes, and condos.
• Coordinate with multiple support teams to oversee tasks and ensure deliverables.
• Review invoices, monitor cash flow, and assist with budget preparation.
• Attend Board and committee meetings and report on operations.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, state regulations, and local ordinances.
