Job summary

The Management Trust in Folsom, CA is seeking a Senior Community Association Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and governance for designated HOA communities. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Division Vice President of Community Management and offers a salary in the $78k–$82k range DOE.

You will lead boards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, inspect properties, and ensure contractual compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Community Manager with HOA experience.
• Industry certifications or licensing may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Willing to learn Company process and proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities including HOA, townhomes, and condominiums.
• Coordinate with support teams to deliver Board goals on time.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reserve planning with the Board.
• Review invoices and monitor cash flow for major improvements.
• Prepare Board meeting materials and communicate updates to stakeholders.
