Job summary

Progress Residential in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Specialist to manage HOA compliance for a portfolio of properties. You will serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex compliance matters, lease approvals, violations, and communications with residents, HOA boards, and legal partners.

The role requires 3+ years in HOA management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with property management systems like Salesforce or Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in HOA management or related field.
• Experience with HOA governance, CC&Rs, and compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Yardi, or similar PM systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HOA compliance activities for an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate lease approvals, registrations, move-ins, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents and community rules.
• Maintain accurate HOA records and fees.
• Investigate and resolve HOA violations to minimize risk.
• Serve as primary contact for complex HOA issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with residents, HOAs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Monitor trends, maintain reporting, and ensure data accuracy.
• Occasional travel to HOA meetings and events.
