Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of HOA management, property compliance, or related field.
• Experience with complex compliance issues, escalations, and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce, Yardi, or similar property management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage HOA compliance activities for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Coordinate lease approvals, tenant registrations, move-in requirements, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents, including CC&Rs, bylaws, architectural guidelines, and community rules.
• Maintain accurate HOA records, governing documents, fees, and community requirements.
• Review HOA correspondence, notices, invoices, statements, ledgers, and legal documents; take action and resolve timely.
• Investigate, track, and resolve HOA violations to minimize fines and risk.
• Serve as primary contact for complex HOA issues, escalations, and resident concerns.
• Collaborate with residents, HOAs, management companies, municipalities, vendors, and internal departments.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting, Operations, and other teams on compliance and dispute-resolution.
• Assist residents with violation appeals and communication with HOA representatives.
• Attend HOA meetings, hearings, and community events as needed.
• Monitor compliance trends and ensure data accuracy across systems.
