Job summary

RealManage, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a field inspector to support HOA communities. This full-time, hourly position offers $22.00-$23.00 per hour and requires driving between communities.

You will inspect properties for violations, document findings with photos, and coordinate with managers to ensure timely resolutions. The role emphasizes professional communication, data accuracy, and adherence to HOA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Experience in HOA management or related field preferred.
• Experience interpreting governing documents or policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regularly scheduled inspections of residential communities to identify violations of governing documents and standards.
• Inspect properties, common areas, landscaping, exterior maintenance, and parking areas.
• Document inspection findings with photos, dates, and addresses.
• Monitor and follow up on violations to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Community Association Managers on escalated violations and enforcement recommendations.
• Support hearings and prepare reports for boards and management.
