• Maintain client relationships as liaison between Boards and management company.
• Develop fiscal policies, review financial reports, and adhere to budgets.
• Oversee the bidding process for third-party vendors.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversee collections.
• Prepare annual budgets by analyzing expenditures and needs.
• Administer legal issues and ensure compliance with governing documents and laws.
• Maintain communications with Boards; prepare reports and action item lists.
• Prepare agendas and Board packages; attend Board meetings.
