CommonSpirit Health is seeking an HIM Specialist Sr to safeguard patient health records across the lifecycle, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate data for providers and stakeholders. You will manage record completion, reconcile rejected orders, and support ROI requests in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires 2+ years in acute care or healthcare, with proficiency in EMR systems and MS Office. RHIT/RHIA certifications are preferred to uphold data quality and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Two years of HIM experience in acute care or healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and HIM applications required.
• RHIT/RHIA preferred or progress toward RHIT/RHIA.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain integrity and availability of patient health records across the lifecycle.
• Support ROI requests and record completion workflows to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Reconcile rejected orders and support data quality initiatives in the Master Patient Index.
