Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, analyzing data, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while working with various software tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven estimator experience in highway or structures maintenance.
• Strong financial and project management knowledge.
• Advanced math and data-analysis skills with IT proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; AI awareness is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance model and project requirements.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Forecast costs, labor, materials, and production times.
• Create and submit bid reports to project managers and leadership.
• Build relationships with key vendors and present bids to executives.
