Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Georgia is seeking a Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for field operations, ideal for a recruiter with CDL driver and utility field personnel experience.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, partner with managers to understand staffing needs, source via job boards and social media, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within utility/hydro excavation/pipeline/construction industries.
• Proven success recruiting CDL Class A and B drivers, Hydrovac Operators, and field personnel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Fountain experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong sourcing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for CDL Class A/B drivers, Hydrovac Operators, CCTV & Locators.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while providing an excellent candidate experience.
