Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for field operations, including CDL drivers and hydrovac/locators. You will manage end-to-end hiring, partner with managers to set priorities, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience.

This role requires a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with weekly pay and competitive compensation as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL Class A/B drivers and field personnel.
• Experience with ATS; Fountain a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for CDL Class A/B drivers and field personnel.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other tools.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while delivering a positive candidate experience.
