Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for field operations, including CDL drivers and hydrovac/locators. You will manage end-to-end hiring, partner with managers to set priorities, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience.

This role requires a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with weekly pay and competitive compensation as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL Class A/B drivers and field personnel.
• Experience with ATS; Fountain a plus.

Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for field operations. This position is ideal for a recruiter who has successfully sourced and hired CDL drivers and utility field personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for positions including:
• CDL Class A Drivers
• CDL Class B Drivers
• Hydrovac Operators
• CCTV & Locators
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within the utility, hydro excavation, pipeline, construction, or related industries.
• Proven success recruiting CDL Class A and B drivers, Hydrovac Operators, and field personnel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Fountain experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
