EmployBridge, LLC in Georgia is hiring an in-office Recruiter to help grow our driver staffing teams. You will brainstorm with the team, craft postings, market to CDL driver pools, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting and experience with CDL drivers, high-volume sourcing, and MS Office proficiency. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; you will manage 40+ customers daily and handle interviews, screenings, I-9s, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years.
• Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers.
• High volume recruiting a plus.
• Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• Use your creative thinking to attract candidates outside of traditional channels.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and community to stand apart.
• Use interview techniques to find the right candidate for opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively impact order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires to work.
