The Building People is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator (High-Voltage) to support the Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Regional Office. This full-time role is remote within the Phoenix, AZ area with occasional site visits as needed.

Responsibilities include reviewing specs, preparing material lists and asset sheets, and providing technical design support and project tracking. A minimum of 3 years in the power industry and a HS diploma are required; associate or bachelor

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressivedevelopment in the power industry in project management or technical PM support.

Responsabilités

• Review construction specifications and documents for completeness using WAPA guidelines.
• Review designs and specs for complex systems/equipment to provide clear construction instructions.
• Develop materials lists, asset sheets, and project schedules; manage substation and transmission sites.
• Provide technical design support in estimation, risk analysis, scheduling, and tracking.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial reports and status updates on assigned projects.
