Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead High Speed IO product development in Etters, PA. You will drive concept, design, verification and qualification to meet 112Gb signaling goals, collaborating globally.

Responsibilities include cross-functional teamwork with Marketing, Suppliers, and Manufacturing; conducting DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and design reviews while ensuring manufacturability and customer alignment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical or electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with high-speed cable assembly and/or connector design preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and develop cable assemblies and IO connector systems from proposal to qualification.
• Perform Design FMEA, Tolerance Analysis, DFM, FEA, and Risk Analysis.
• Lead product design reviews and ensure manufacturability and customer requirements.
