Qualifications

• 5 years electromechanical design experience.
• Familiarity with high-speed cable assemblies and/or connector design preferred.
• Knowledge of signal integrity concepts is advantageous.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SolidWorks, FEA (ANSYS), GD&T and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Concept generation, design, verification and qualification of High Speed IO products for 112Gb signaling and beyond.
• Ensure manufacturability and adherence to customer requirements (electrical, mechanical, environmental).
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize production processes.
• Lead design reviews and define test plans and qualifications.
