Job summary

Molex seeks an experienced Electrical High-Speed Module Design Engineer to lead the design and qualification of AECs/ACCs for AI, hyperscale data centers, data storage, and telecoms. You will drive from concept through production with extensive collaboration across signal integrity, hardware, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and program management.

Lead development with strong analog design skills, PCB knowledge, and DFx focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical/optical module design with leadership.
• Strong analog circuit design and high-speed signaling fundamentals.
• Experience in signal/power integrity, EMI, and thermal performance.
• PCB materials, fabrication, and board-level design cycles.
• Lab measurement, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and module design of AEC/ACC products from concept to production.
• Develop schedules, identify risks, and drive design activities.
• Collaborate with signal integrity, hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
• Translate inputs into design requirements and concepts.
• Create manufacturable designs meeting electrical, EMI, and thermal specs.
• Address DFMs with process engineering and suppliers.
• Engage with ASIC vendors and suppliers on tech roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on support during prototypes, testing, and launches.
• Mentor engineers and guide multiple projects.
• Travel to collaborate with global teams and sites.
