Job summary

Infosys seeks a Manager of Client Services to lead client interfaces within the assigned account, managing a portfolio up to $30-40M and driving the opportunity cycle from Prospect to Close.

The MCS collaborates with delivery stakeholders, ensures fulfilment of commitments, and leads account planning and governance, building key relationships with C-level clients in a Hi-Tech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Hi-tech industry/vertical experience preferred.
• Track record interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on with proposal creation and leading presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship is welcome.

Responsibilities
