Job summary

Infosys McCamish, an Atlanta-based Infosys BPM subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Director of Client Services to lead client interfaces for a major account and shape an ambitious account plan. You will manage relationships, drive new name pursuits, and ensure delivery commitments are fulfilled.

Responsibilities include account governance, opportunity management from prospect to close, and collaboration with delivery stakeholders to grow revenue and strengthen executive partnerships with the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; education may be substituted with years of experience.
• 14+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management.
• Master’s degree holders: at least 11 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development across the account.
• Client delivery assurance with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Account planning and governance to drive revenue growth.
