Job summary

Infosys McCamish Systems, a prominent Atlanta-based subsidiary, seeks a Senior Director of Client Services to oversee all client interfaces within the account scope. You will lead client relationship management, drive the opportunity pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to fulfill commitments.

The role requires 14+ years in sales/relationship/account management, with preference for a Master’s degree and global delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; progressive experience can substitute for education.
• 14+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management.
• If a Master’s degree is completed, minimum 11 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and drive new name pursuits within the account.
• Ensure delivery assurance by coordinating with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments.
• Create and govern the account plan, outlining relationships, opportunities, and revenue growth.
