Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a senior HEOR professional to execute and maintain disease- or product-specific evidence to inform commercial strategy and market access.

You will work with Global Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Brand teams to achieve strategic objectives and contribute to HEOR strategy development. You will design, manage and oversee HEOR content, vendor relationships, and budgets while collaborating with internal partners to meet external evidence needs.

Qualifications

• Requires MPH or MS in Health Outcomes, Health Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of pharma HEOR experience with direct research.
• Experience with claims data and public datasets is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in SAS or other statistical programming; Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements HEOR projects to inform commercial strategy and market access.
• Collaborates with development/brand teams to ensure HEOR content.
• Oversees vendors and manages budgets and timelines.
• Develops, modifies and executes company policies affecting operations.
• Leads multiple teams and drives strategic initiatives across departments.
