Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals in Boston seeks a Senior Manager, HEOR/RWE (Neurology) to lead the development and execution of HEOR and real-world evidence strategies across the neurology portfolio, including pipeline programs and assets like Becker Muscular Dystrophy and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in Health Outcomes, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, or a related field, with relevant experience in neurology.
• 5+ years of experience in HEOR or RWE within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting, with experience in HEOR/RWE strategy development and execution.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Effective in communicating research findings and able to translate these into actionable insights for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced technical expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and execution, and the ability to effectively communicate scientific data to varied audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build consensus, inspire collaboration, and lead through influence
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and cultures

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HEOR/RWE subject matter expert for assigned neurology assets, including DMD, BMD, and pipeline programs.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Market Access teams to develop and execute integrated evidence generation plans.
• Support HEOR strategy development across the product lifecycle from early clinical development through launch and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to incorporate PROs, COAs, and quality-of-life measures into development programs.
• Provide scientific support for payer, reimbursement, and evidence communication activities.
