Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks a strategic HEOR leader who combines scientific expertise with a passion for developing people and advancing patient access.

You will lead field-based HEOR Liaisons, manage payer accounts, and shape evidence strategies for pipeline and commercialized therapies, driving payer value propositions and HEOR materials while collaborating across Medical Affairs and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field with 10+ years in HEOR or related areas.
• PharmD/PhD/MD with 7+ years in HEOR, medical affairs, or managed markets is preferred.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR leadership experience.
• Strong study design, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with U.S. payers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons and payer engagement plans.
• Maintain a panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in high-quality scientific dialogue.
• Partner with market access stakeholders to support account objectives and KPIs.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences, presenting data and building relationships.
• Attend meetings with Market Access directors to model best-in-class field engagement.
• Lead collection, synthesis, and reporting of U.S. payer insights to guide planning.
